Meet Lisa Clodfelter

Licensed Professional Counselor / Owner

Lisa is a licensed professional counselor and a life and performance coach. With a warm and approachable demeanor, she is best known for her versatility in working with couples, life coaching individuals, and performance coaching with athletes and executives.

As a counselor, Lisa advocates that understanding ourselves and our relationships better is not just for those in crisis. She believes counseling can help everyone be their most elite selves. She adapts the skills elite athletes use for everyday life. She helps folks understand how they came to be where they are and how to bridge the gap to where they would like to be.

For couples, Lisa offers pathways to letting triggers become teachers. She unravels the mystery of calm communication through conflict, even infidelity, and a perspective that allows a much more profound understanding of what is really going on.

 Lisa regularly works with:

  • couples in crisis
  • couples seeking pre-marital counseling
  • individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and addictive behaviors across the lifespan
  • folks navigating divorce, dating, and life transitions
  • athletes experiencing performance anxiety, addictive behaviors or clinical issues, seeking next level performance, or returning from injury
  • Coaches and parents of student athletes looking to provide next level support

Meet Angie Rayburn

MA, Licensed Professional Counselor

Sometimes you just know things can be better, but you do not know where to start. You may try drinking or endless hours scrolling on social media only to feel worse than before. Sometimes you might feel like the world is caving in around you and you just can’t breathe. You might feel alone even though you are around people all day? Maybe you already know what you need but are looking for the push or support to make changes in your life.

These are things that can happen to any one of us. I would like to help you understand where these feelings might be coming from so that you will know how to effectively understand them and work through them. I have had training in trauma and trauma responses. I have learned through 20 years of experience that finding the beginning of those feelings is a great place to start healing.

I can help you talk through your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental and supportive way and help you know what changes you want to make to give yourself the life you deserve.

I have worked with children, young adults, adults with addiction issues, LGBTQ+. I have recently been training in trauma focused-cognitive behavior therapy. We all want to be happy and need support to find out how to do that sometimes.
