Sometimes you just know things can be better, but you do not know where to start. You may try drinking or endless hours scrolling on social media only to feel worse than before. Sometimes you might feel like the world is caving in around you and you just can’t breathe. You might feel alone even though you are around people all day? Maybe you already know what you need but are looking for the push or support to make changes in your life.

These are things that can happen to any one of us. I would like to help you understand where these feelings might be coming from so that you will know how to effectively understand them and work through them. I have had training in trauma and trauma responses. I have learned through 20 years of experience that finding the beginning of those feelings is a great place to start healing.

I can help you talk through your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental and supportive way and help you know what changes you want to make to give yourself the life you deserve.

I have worked with children, young adults, adults with addiction issues, LGBTQ+. I have recently been training in trauma focused-cognitive behavior therapy. We all want to be happy and need support to find out how to do that sometimes.
